Agent Hub privacy

APLYNX Investments uses your account email, agent profile, license and brokerage information, showing requests and completion feedback to operate showing coverage. Authorized APLYNX administrators can review these records. Matched agents receive the contact and property details needed for their specific assignment. Other eligible agents see only a job’s city, ZIP, time and offered fee.

Screening information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, date of birth, criminal history, identity documents or screening reports through the hub. Background screening will be handled through an approved provider with separate disclosures, authorization and applicable rights. The hub records a review reference, status and expiration dates after a human review. A profile or license check alone is not a completed background check.

Notifications and payments

If you opt into browser notifications, the hub stores the subscription endpoint and delivery keys for your device. You can unsubscribe using Disable alerts on this device. Notifications do not include private property addresses or access codes. No card details are collected by this hub. Online payment processing is not activated.

Access and corrections

You can update your profile after signing in. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@aplynxinvestments.com or (833) 393-1935. APLYNX may retain records needed for completed assignments, disputes, legal obligations or security. Detailed retention and screening policies must be finalized before paid operations begin.

Account authentication and private data storage use Supabase. Optional browser alerts use the browser’s push delivery service. APLYNX does not sell agent screening reports.
